General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Status: January 21, 2026

1. Scope

(1) These GTC apply to all contracts for the purchase of goods (in particular clothing and accessories) concluded via our online shop between Veldaer UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (“Seller”) and customers (“Customer”).
(2) Deviating terms and conditions of the Customer shall only apply if we expressly agree to them in writing.
(3) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor attributable to their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

3. Distribution Role / Notice on Trademark and Branding Rights

(1) Veldaer UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is the contractual partner for the sale/distribution of the goods offered in the shop and is responsible for order processing, payment, shipping, returns, and statutory warranty within the scope of these GTC.
(2) Trademark, design, and other branding rights (e.g. name, logo, designs, product images/CI elements) are not held by Veldaer UG (haftungsbeschränkt), but by Veldaer GmbH or the respective rights holders. Their use is solely for marketing and sales purposes within the framework of the distribution partnership.

4. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

(1) Product presentations in the shop are non-binding.
(2) By clicking “Buy” / “Place order with obligation to pay,” you submit a binding offer.
(3) The contract is concluded upon order confirmation by email or upon dispatch of the goods.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs

(1) The prices displayed at checkout at the time of the order shall apply.
(2) Shipping costs:

  • Germany: free shipping

  • EU and Switzerland: shipping costs apply and are displayed at checkout

6. Payment (Shopify Payments)

Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop through Shopify Payments. The purchase price is due immediately unless otherwise stated at checkout.

7. Delivery / Delivery Area / Delivery Times

(1) Delivery is made exclusively to countries within the EU and to Switzerland (as selectable in checkout).
(2) Delivery times are displayed in the shop/checkout.

8. Customs / Import Duties (Switzerland)

For deliveries to Switzerland, customs duties, import VAT, and/or handling fees may apply. These are to be borne by the Customer.

9. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

10. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers) / Free Returns

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the cancellation policy.
In the event of withdrawal, we bear the direct costs of returning the goods (return label/standard return costs).

11. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

12. Liability

(1) Unlimited liability in cases of intent, gross negligence, and in cases of injury to life, body, or health.
(2) In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and restricted to the foreseeable, typical damage.
(3) Liability under product liability law remains unaffected.

13. Copyrights, Trademarks, Content

Shop content is protected by copyright and trademark law. Use beyond the intended purpose of purchasing/information is not permitted without the consent of the rights holder.

14. Applicable Law / Jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, this applies only insofar as mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.
For merchants, the place of jurisdiction is Cologne.
