Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Veldaer UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Reiherstraße 16, 50997 Cologne, Germany, Email: veldaerug@outlook.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or by post). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return of Goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us about the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Cost of Returns
We bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The process is usually handled via a return label provided by us or an equivalent solution. Please contact us by email before returning the goods or request the return directly via your customer account so that we can quickly assign the return.

Diminished Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
